3. Adhesion measurement: Poor coating adhesion of PIN needle is one of the most common bad phenomena in electroplating. There are two detection methods: bending method and tape method.
4. Soldering capability test: If there is any poor welding required by the post-welding process, it is absolutely not allowed. The basic methods of welding test are: direct immersion tin method and first aging after welding method.
5. Corrosion resistance test: The test methods include salt spray test, nitric acid vapor test, hydrogen sulfide vapor test, sulfur dioxide vapor test, and water vapor aging test. After the test, the PIN needle cannot have oxidation and functional variation.
